Class details

New six week series of Argentine Tango Classes starting 12th February 2025

The Foundation class is suitable for all levels and is tailored for beginners. The class covers fundamental technique such as posture, connection, embrace and moving.

The Improvers class is generally suitable for everyone except absolute beginners. We look at the finer points of technique, exercises and body mechanics, and then apply these to create beautiful, connected dances.

The classes are drop-in so no booking is required

Teachers

Guest teachers John and Fiona will be teaching this 6 week block. They have been teaching Argentine Tango for 20 years. For the past 15 years they have spent a month each year in Buenos Aires dancing and studying intensively.

Venue Location

Classes take place in St Margaret’s Church Hall, Gallowgate, AB25 1EA conveniently located in the east end of Aberdeen city centre. The venue is 15 minutes walk from the railway station and on the bus route.
